New School will open in Woodside, Queens on July 15, 2019 expanding Tiegerman's services.

GLEN COVE, NEW YORK – APRIL 30, 2019, Dr. Tiegerman was named the Winner in the Certilman Balin Leadership Excellence category in The 7th Annual Long Island Imagine Awards. The Leadership Award focuses on innovation in driving organizational change and social impact.

Our Chefs for Children Food & Wine Tasting, hosted by Rob Petrone of Restaurant Hunter, was covered by Verizon Fios1 News Long Island. Appearances by Dr. T, PreSchool & Elementary Principal Karen Katzman and our very own Tiegerman High School student, Brenden Torres!

More than 170 entries were submitted for consideration in 5 categories, including Innovation, Leadership Excellence, Rising Star, Social Impact and Arts & Culture. Tiegerman is one of four finalists in the Leadership Excellence category because of Dr. Tiegerman's extraordinary success.
