April 6th letter

Dear PS 2 families,

Hope you are all doing well! We have posted our lesson plans and the materials that go with them for the week of April 6- April 10th. You can find the activities/visuals on found below in a post labeled for that day. For example, Monday’s activities will be in the post Monday, April 6th. They are also posted on the right side of our page under files. All of our lesson plans are separated by subject Math, Literacy, Science/Social Studies, Fine & Gross motor and Play. Videos for the lesson plans will be posted daily. For example, Monday’s video will be posted Monday morning by 8:30 AM.

This week’s theme is spring. For ELA we will be teaching new letters in Fundations. The new letters we will be learning are “e” and “r”. We will be reviewing Math skills such as counting, number identification and patterns. For Science and Social studies we are learning about all spring. We are learning about the type of weather you see in spring and what clothes you wear. We are reviewing the community helper Police Office. We are learning about holidays Easter and Passover.
