Course Description

Just uploading the letters we send home this week, as well as a picture of Teddy Tiegerman and the letter that it is inside his notebook. I have also uploaded the letter that you will receive with the poster, when your child is chosen to be the star student the following week. I am currently waiting for the photographs to be uploaded from this week, from the school's camera (the only one we are permitted to use, for your child's safety.).

Star student of the week!

Week of November 25th, 2019

This week we continued talking about Thanksgiving and learned about different holiday traditions around the world.

We read "We Gather Together" (traditions around the world), "The Most Thankful Thing" and "Bear Says Thanks". we made a coffee filter turkey, Thanksgiving cards, and retold "Bear Says Thanks".

We had an amazing Thanksgiving parade; the children really enjoyed stamping their t-shirts with dulpo blocks, and writing "Learning Piece By Piece". They loved helping us make the float; everyone painted at least one part of it.

We also learned letters u and v, read the scholastic magazine and practiced our manners at the dinner table!
