Description
Dear SA 7 Families,

We hope you are all doing well and are ready for another week of remote learning.  Topics for this week are:

                                                Math: Dividing By 3

                                                ELA:  Theme: Working Together

                                                Science:Human Body

                                                Social Studies: Hawaii and Alaska

You can find a weekly lesson plan for each subject under the “Files” section or you can view the lessons day by day along with all the necessary links and attachments under the “Assignment” section. Please note that at the end of each day the assignments are not removed.  If you click on "See All Assignments" you can scroll down to the bottom of the page to find all past assignments.  We have also emailed everyone with helpful tips and strategies individualized for your child.

We will continue with our scheduled daily phone calls. The purpose of these calls is for us to support you in our remote learning endeavors and to record our daily attendance. Ms. Baker and Ms. Mariana will make the phone calls on Monday.  Ms. Wilson and Ms. Verrastro will be calling you on the other days.  If they call and you have any questions or concerns they will let us know so that we can contact you via an email or phone call.

*** We will be conducting a live Zoom lesson for all SA 7 students on Tuesday, May 5 at 1:40.  Please use the Invite information emailed to you or listed under Tuesday's ELA assignment.  Your child's participation in this lesson will count as their attendance on this day.  We will only be calling parents on this day to check in if their child was not able to participate in this live lesson.  A recording of this lesson will also be made available to those children.  Should you have any questions or concerns on this day you can always reach out to us via an email.

We realize that remote learning is a big undertaking for everyone, but if we work together we’re confident that your children will continue to learn and grow.

Sincerely,

Ms. Baker and Ms. Mariana
