Dear Tiegerman Families,
As per updated guidance from the Governor’s office and the New York State Education Department (NYSED), Tiegerman Schools were informed that Mayor Deblasio’s decision to close NYC Public Schools until further notice does not affect non-public schools, independent schools, and religious schools.
Due to this development, Tiegerman School at Woodside and Tiegerman High School will remain open for in-person learning, beginning tomorrow, Friday, November 20th until further notice.
We also have received verification that transportation will continue to be provided by NYC OPT for our students.
