***June is "Determination" month at Tiegerman***
Determination is setting goals for yourself, staying focused and achieving our goals.
Congratulations to SA 1's nominees for "Determination" month: Brady, Henry and Andrew
We hope that we can nominate more students as the month continues.
6/24/19 - This week, we are learning to...
ELA: Identify cause and effect relationships.
Math: Graph points on coordinate plane using an ordered pair of numbers.
Science: Describe the difference between a physical property and a physical change.
Describe the difference between a chemical property and a chemical change.
Social Studies: Describe how Washington was able to trap the British at Yorktown.
Writing: Expand on sentences using descriptive details.
Socialization: Describe how to use positive self-talk.
HOMEWORK
Reading comprehension homework is assigned daily (Monday through Friday).
But, students may earn the privilege of a "NO HW Pass" each day if they behave respectfully.
(***Students must earn 11 out of 12 "Being respectful" points. If students do not earn 11 out of 12 "Being respectful points, then the homework must be completed.***)
