Tiegerman Community Services (TCS) operates a six bedrooms Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) in a traditional family style residence. It is a nurturing environment that supports the development of peer relationships and maintains the interactions with primary families. The IRA provides twenty-four hour supervision for developmentally disabled adults with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Our Residential staff is highly trained and knowledgeable. The staff has completed intensive training in programmatic policies and procedures, person centered planning, CPR, human development, behavioral techniques and medical conditions. The staff continues to engage in active training to ensure the health and safety of individuals who we serve.

Our Residential program is committed to providing adults with a living experience that will enrich the quality of their lives so they reach their potential. The Residential program promotes Independence, choice and individualization. We create a family for our individuals so that there is a home environment and support system.  The residence is part of the community and our adults participate actively in social and recreational events that enrich their lives.
